Room size was perfect and the host was very helpful & friendly
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, set in a 15th century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, reception area and Lounge Bar.

Easy to find- was on a main road but no noise noticed. Had a meal in restaurant which was excellent. Staff very friendly and obliging when asked for extra pillows and milk- both appeared within minutes. Bedroom was large with plenty of room for 3 adults. Modern bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast in morning was excellent with pre ordered cooked items, then a good choice of cereals, pastries and fruit

I couldn’t fault the staff at this venue. I was staying by for work and arrived late after work. They managed to get me a table, without hesitation, for some food even though it was the Saturday before Christmas. They were super attentive, the food was insane and I couldn’t fault the service. They even made me the most perfect breakfast bag to take away.

The staff were really pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient and made us feel most welcome. The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The garden was lovely especially in the evening. The restaurant had nice views and the food was excellent. We can't wait to go back.
Bed was very comfy. Just not sure my back agrees.
Was also up in the night sweating and no way to cool down. Found a uk 3 pin socket in en-suite which was rather alarming.
No one around at 9am so just left without breakfast which had been paid for. No lift.

Host was great at communicating prior to arrival.
Host was great at communicating prior to arrival. Met us at the lodge with keys. Friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and offering any assistance required. The lodge was immaculate. Lodge also alot more spacious than I thought it would be. The location is very easy to get to (trust me I always get lost even using satnav) The host had given directions prior to arrival and found the site first time. Location is also beautiful, the views are beautiful. They have a little park area for kids and also have 2 goats and chickens which the kids can feed. My children loved the break away and there 15 & 9. It's a tranquil little place,it really is the simple things that make it a lovely lodge. Sitting on the porch area, sun shining, listening to the birds chirping away, watching the kids play whilst being surrounded by beautiful scenery. Also a co op which is 5 minutes walk from the site which is really useful if you need to buy some nessecities.
