Legends Hotel, Drakes Hotel and Malmaison Brighton have received great reviews from travellers in Brighton & Hove regarding the views from their hotel rooms.
Loved the Lanes and Trafalgar Lane with all the street art. Tons of places to eat and drink, lots of unusual shops and amazing art galleries but you need a big wallet for any of those pieces as they’re bespoke. Nice walk along the promenade and there was a really good live singer down at the beach bars in the evening. Driving can be a bit of a mare so best to find a good car park for your stay and walk, everything is in walking distance. We parked in a secure car park called the Regency square and it was £30 for 24hrs which we thought was good comparatively to hourly rates. The Indian palace building and gardens are beautiful. Lots of green spaces to sit and chill. We visited the bars from the interior design challenge 2023 final which were great to see in real life (shown in the photos).
Everything so close within walking distances ,beach, pubs, restaurants ,The Royal Pavilion & Museum,I am biased for Brighton....I was born and raised here ! A glorious eclectic place made even better when the sun shines !!
It’s a beautiful place with very friendly locals. The beach feels like it stretches on forever so you won’t struggle to find a nice spot so set down on. The restaurants are amazing with a wide selection of food (mostly fish dishes). There is so much to do in Brighton and hove that it’s hard to get bored.
Lively, very good shopping areas - as usual, cosmopolitan populace - some very unwelcoming and dirty streets, nice pier, and more importantly free - but everything so very very expensive, too much so in many eating establishments
On my visit it wasn't Brighton that was the problem but once again Booking.com failed me. Appalling standard by a leading company in its field. If one justifiably complains they do not respond whatsoever.
Brighton is a great place to visit old or young. The vibrant seafront packed with countless options, from pop up live music, bathing, food, drink, the pier it really is endless. The town, the lanes in particular, never sleeps with live music available until 4am. A City that really never sleeps
Brighton & Hove
Our host was very kind and helpful. He was there when we arrived, even though it was a holiday Monday, and we had not let him know when we would be arriving. He had suggestions for restaurants (having already let us know that Ruby Pub and Hotel would not be serving food that night). The rooms were incredibly clean, beds comfortable. Our host suggested that we visit the Royal Pavilion near the beach in Brighton, so we did, the next day.
Kemptown, Brighton & Hove
What a great place to stay. Excellent location with interesting cafes and independents nearby. It’s very near the seafront and only a short 15 minute walk from Brighton central. We stayed in a cool 70's retro themed room which was spotless and comfortable. The owners have done an excellent job incorporating Covid safety measures and there are hand gel stations on the wall all over the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
There is nothing to like, i contacted the hotel they said my room is confirmed, after i arrived at the hotel i was surprised that they canceled my booking, and i was coming from 10 hour flight with luggage. I dont recommend this hotel at allll. The interior is very dirty The staff are not helpful at all Most importantly i was knocking for too long for them to open the door. Worst experience ever...
Kemptown, Brighton & Hove
The Twenty One is a marvellous find and I won't be using the Hotels in Brighton again. The couple that own and run this B&B are incredibly friendly and helpful. The property and the rooms are simply lovely and the Breakfast is up there with the best I've had in the City. I will be returning each time I'm in Brighton, if of course they have the availability.
Kemptown, Brighton & Hove
We had a nice large basement room with a large bathroom and shower. The room was well equipped, good decor and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, although located in a neighbouring hotel (fortunately it was sunny so no issue getting there). Nice location near a park and only minutes from the pier and the centre of Brighton
Excellent location, close the beach and nearby attractions such as Brighton Pier, The Lanes and cute independent restaurants, parking is also near an NCP car park right opposite the hotel. Decent breakfast with hot and continental options. Family room was spacious enough and warm with TV and ensuite. Ground floor family bedroom made it easy with younger kids.
Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were very accommodating, allowed me to check in early after completing a charity hike from London to Brighton, I was so tired and just needed to sleep. Also allowed a late check out free of charge. Free breakfast was an added extra! Bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was one of the best Ive used in a hotel before!
Kemptown, Brighton & Hove
Best location to stay in Brighton. The service was excellent from start to finish, our room was beautifully decorated for our wedding anniversary which was a lovely surprise! Food was lovely, and the hotel itself is just so pretty! We had a couples massage at the hotel with Ami, highly recommended!
Kemptown, Brighton & Hove
this was my first trip to Brighton and our first trip in a while and Maon Hotel was incredible. Very accommodating, helpful and clean. Would recommend staying here, we were only a 2 minute walk from the beach, they assisted with parking queries and were very pleasant on arrival and departure.
This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in ,what amazing staff cannot say enough about the staff ! Position is amazing and food was unreal , celebrated my 60th there wow every guest of mine could not say enough about the staff and food as well
Hotel is in sight of the beach and Brighton pier. Room was fine for single person. Area has plenty of dining options. A little noisy at night but this was the jubilee weekend so have to give some slack.
Brighton & Hove
The hotel is easy to find and is very close to the beach. The surroundings are pleasant. Although there is no parking I can park at the underground parking of the regent square for 11 pounds per day
Great location, stayed in apartments near the Queens Hotel, opposite the seafront. Very clean with all facilities. Very polite staff at the hotel
closest hotel next to Pier ...60ft to beach friendly staff allowed bicycle to be taken into room and store luggage free in arriving and departure
the hotel had vintage boutique character, parking and great sea front view. it was also near some great Brighton attractions
The room where really clean and well organised for such a small space. The hotel team was really nice people.
