It was a pleasant stay and throughly enjoyed myself. The breakfast was great, serving staff at breakfast were attentive and there was a great range on the menu. I had the best nights sleep and had a smart tv, but didn’t use it. I also had a small court yard area.

Brockenhurst was a great location for us as we were visiting Beaulieu motor museum. We wished we had stayed for longer as we would have had time to explore more like some of the beautiful walks. On our way to the motor museum we drove through the national park the scenery was lovely. We had evening meal at The Filly Inn the food was excellent.

Can get very busy and crowded during peak holiday periods.
Can get very busy and crowded during peak holiday periods. Best times to enjoy the New Forest are probably early Spring or Autumn. Parking a car or larger vehicle can be very frustrating at peak times and electric charge points are very limited in public access areas.

House was in perfect position just by local shop.
House was in perfect position just by local shop. Very clean and had everything we needed. Wasn’t sure how washing machine worked but as stay was short wasn’t used. Perhaps instructions would help. But thanks to host it was all perfect. Would recommend
We absolutely loved our stay at Forest Acorn. The apartment is truly exceptional in terms of comfort, facilities, warmth and location. Brockenhurst is a lovely place to base yourself to explore the New Forest with lots of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Our host was very helpful with local tips and was very friendly and accommodating. I knew there was a welcome box but was surprised to see it included bacon and sausages, really lovely touch. On a rainy day we even enjoyed the games available. Thanks for a lovely stay!
This house was massive, so many rooms & so much space. We stayed in the Delux Apartment & it was like home away from home. There was a living area with a TV & Tea Making facilities. There were 2 big double bedrooms, a bathroom & an extra stand alone toilet. John was so accommodating, friendly & would do anything he could to make your stay more comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with so much selection, freshly cooked full breakfast, gorgeous.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the New Forest, you can easily walk or observe animals from the hotel without taking the car. If you take your car, you can easily reach other villages or cities.
The hotel is very large with all the facilities you need including bikes, restaurant, a bar with an excellent bartender, parking, lift, good breakfast, etc. Our room was modern and clear. Easy checkin and check out process.
Good central location for visiting the New Forest and Dorset coast. The property had a dishwasher and washing machine. The street parking worked well for the times that we were at the property. A parking clock was also provided for guest use in New Forest District Council car parks. It was pretty cool to be right in the heart of Brockenhurst among the hustle and bustle of the main Street.
Excellent location in the centre of Brockenhurst near all shops and restaurants.
The property is very clean and well equipped with all necessary items.
Flat 1 has use of a garage for a small car which if you have a small car is very useful.
A home from home in every sense. Communication with hosts excellent.
A great little B&B Hotel perfectly located in the heart of Brockenhurst. Everything about our stay was wonderful, including the staff, the accommodation, the breakfast and the named car parking bays. If we’re ever in the New Forest again it would be an absolute pleasure to return. We would highly recommend.
We booked this hotel last minute on the day after a sailing weekend & thought we would make the most of the nice weather & New Forest.
The hotel is very impressive on arrival & nice welcome at reception. The room was big but very old fashioned & so was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
Unparalleled setting in the New Forest. Beautiful and charming building and grounds. Breakfasts were fine. Food in the brasserie unspectacular and uninteresting but cannot fault freshness of ingredients and execution. Receptionists and porter were professional and helpful.
The boutique room exceeded our expectations, the isolated rooms with own entrance and super high vaulted ceiling and the decor made us feel in our own house rather than a hotel room. The pub serves excellent food and Brockenhurst is perfectly located to explore New Forest.
The staff were exceptional! Hats off to Donna especially!
The deluxe room was so spacious and clean. The bed was nothing short of luxury.
The grounds of this hotel are spectacular, with views of deer and horses. The new forest is on your doorstep!
The room was very well equipped and clean. The location was just right for exploring the new forest on foot. The breakfast available at the retreat across the road was excellent. There were plenty of shops and restaurants available in the area.
The staff was efficient and attentive. Every single person we dealt with was very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and charming, the gardens and restaurants decorations are well looked after. It was sparkling clean as well.
Lovely room in the heart of the New Forest just steps away from the Brockenhurst train station. I stayed here twice. Tracy, my host even gave me a deal on my second stay. I will absolutely stay again.
Apartments are spacious clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning right in the New Forest. Staff friendly and amazingly accommodating of our large wedding party.
Great Location in the new forest, excellent facilities and very high standard of accommodation and service. Happily recommend. Room décor and bathroom were lovely.
