The bedroom was very comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent.
All in all I thought it was very good value for the money paid.
The grounds also contributed to the attractiveness of the hotel and gave a relaxing ambience.

Location. Good for onward travel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well cooked
Staff lovely, room nice breakfast good. Restaurant mediocre. Access to Accessible room was through a lit of doors and some difficult to negotiate which is hard for someone with disabilities. . This hotel is under refurbishment so access to patio gardens etc not available. Was not given this information at time of booking. Blood stained duvet.

Worst service ever.
Worst service ever. No table available for evening meal, room was freezing cold, one small heater in bedroom was off on arrival and took ages to warm up. No heating in bathrooms whatsoever, staff fed us a load of bu#@$hit and did not deliver what they promised. Would never stay again.

The hotel is alright, rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. The price is misleading, because you'll probably will go there by car, and you'll have to pay the parking. And breakfast is highly overpriced for what it is.
They have a policy from the lockdown times to NOT TO CLEAN THE ROOMS! So they save money on cleaning staff, but if you go to Reception and you ask them to clean your room or, at least to take the rubbish from the bins, you'll be asked to put it in a bag and leave it at the door! So do not expect any extra effort on the customer service side. Is a take it or leave it. A pity that nice facilities are so badly managed!

The car park is open to a public park and looks shabby on arrival. The reception area is nice and the bar pleasant. My room was large but the bathroom was dated, no pressure in the above bath shower head. Struggled to get hot water from sink to shave so reverted to boiling the kettle.
Hotel has just been refurbished, so the fixtures and fitting are all looking brand new.
Excellent service from all of the staff, especially Jordan, who looked after me in the restaurant, so polite and tentative to my requirements, could not ask for better service. I cannot believe I only paid £38 and £5 for parking for the room, which was spacious and also had an additional seating area and table. I would travel the extra distance to this hotel if I was in the area to ensure I got good service. Excellent value for money.
0 only if you are having walking difficult it's a lot of walking to do around the hotel lets you have your own scooter or or wheelchair quite big great place to stay but there again I think it's on the expensive side if you have to watch your budget it's so think you have to take him mind because as you can see booking.com hotels overpriced and I think now I just making money out of people because people don't want to go away and has the hassle so if you think about it isn't fair to us
Staff friendly. Hotel very nice clean and tidy. Very spacious rooms .
Bed was uncomfortable and springy. only one pillow each we barely slept due to being uncomfortable apart from that everything else was fine.
Plenty of towels to use in the room. Plenty of soap tea coffee.
We arrived late so didn’t manage to use spa so can’t comment on those facilities
But hotel is warm and very clean.
Also was quiet during the night.
Charming historic Manor House. The staff are all exceptional. All rooms are individual and are both clean and very comfortable.
Dinner and breakfast are of an equally high standard.
I stayed here because the property has EV charging points however I go back time and again as it is probably the best hidden gem of all hotels in the area.
Evening meal & breakfast were lovely. Twin beds comfy. Room was a bit of a mish mash furniture but it was sweet. Hotel probably due a bit of a re-furbishment, but had lots of character and fixtures, fittings, historic and in keeping. I would stay again. Well priced accommodation. All staff were friendly, professional, authentic.
The lovely welcome from the lady on Reception, the spotlessly clean public areas and my room and bathroom. A lovely, comfy bed, plenty of storage space, the cleanest bath I have ever used in an hotel, and the location - minutes on foot from the train station. Thank you to all who work so hard to keep this hotel so lovely.
I had a very spacious room and bathroom. The bathroom products were nice, the shower was powerful. The downstairs reception area is open and bright with plenty of social style seating available. I didn't use the spa facilities but others in my group said that they were pleasant
For a Budget hotel it was one of the better ones I have stayed at.
Room was clean and had everything you needed.
Food served all day in the bar area or set times in the restaurant
Didn't use the pool or gym to be able to rate other than they were small but looked adequate
The hotel is stunning, the setting is gorgeous & the room was beautiful, the lady running the place was fantastically welcome & seemed to be doing everything single handedly! Breakfast was delicious! Bed was very comfortable & the shower was brilliant.
Did not have breakfast. Very handy location near station, if rather a long walk from official town centre. Room quiet, clean and comfortable, with unexpectedly pleasant view of sheep grazing on wooded hillside. Clean and spacious bathroom.
Location was excellent, Hotel Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, short walk from the local Railway Station, with a very decent Pub, a fine Indian Restaurant, and a great Breakfast takeaway facility all within two minutes walk!
Location was fine, about a mile from the centre of Bromsgrove, but a pleasant walk. Staff were all excellent, very helpful and our rooms were opposite each other as requested. Amble car parking, a good lift but not too many stairs.
pleasant room and a comfy bed. Everything available you needed for comfort with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer. As well as big comfy towels. TV with good channel choice
