This is a nice hotel which is in need of some updating, however the staff, food, cleanliness and location were ideal for our weekend in the Coventry area. We booked bed and breakfast and this was plentiful. We also ate in the bar and there was a good selection of items on the menu. With quick access to Coventry, this was an ideal place to reach the Coventry Building Society Arena for the concert. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to others. Many of the other guests were also attending the same concert at Coventry Arena so do consider this for an overnight stay.

Breakfast is included price is good. But need to be develop for more continental breakfast options. Such as there is no cheese! Gab and go is a really good idea. Coffee is poor.

Staff were exceptionally professional. A member of the receptionist staff on Sunday was outstanding. I wish o hot his name to call him out.

When I got to the hotel I was given the key to my room and on entering the room was like a furnace! It was SO hot in the room that I told the receptionist that I would need to change rooms The receptionist told me they were fully booked I told them that o would rather sleep in my car than in that particular room I then had to go down to reception with the receptionist who had come up to the room and told me they did have a problem with the air conditioning in that side of the hotel There were two fans in the room that weren’t fit for purpose In the end the receptionist got me another room facing the pitch side I didn’t get to bed with all the twoing and frowing until 2 am I had to be up at 6 am to set up for the conference I was attending I was shattered the next day and had to them drive three and a half hours home
