Beautiful property and the attic conversion that I had as my room was huge, with lots of windows which meant that the room was full of warm sunshine in the morning.
The attic conversion has been completed very well, with good attention to detail and the room has been decorated tastefully.
Altogether a very nice place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel on several previous occasions and although a little quirky, it fits with my needs very well. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is clean and comfortable although a little old fashioned.

Location is right in the centre of town. There is a lovely courtyard garden and plenty of outside seating. The building is old and is deceptively large. Staff were super helpful, breakfast was very good and typical excellent Wetherspoons value for money.

It's primarily a residential area with a couple of shops,but ideally placed for Beccles and Lowestoft if you want to be a bit more out of the way.The venue is next door to a transport museum so its worth a look.
