This is a very nice place with a beautiful garden. The distance to the town is reasonable also for persons who preffer to walk (in fact partly by the path on grass, but it was OK for me).
The Old Manor Hotel offers rooms with balconies that overlook the Firth of Forth and Lundin Links Golf Course. There is a restaurant and St. Andrews is 12 miles away.

The staff were very polite and accommodating.
We were late on arrival due to a tour in Edinburgh taking longer than expected. On arrival we asked to postpone our pre-booked evening meal, this was not a problem and the meal was very good.

The Guest House started as a Farm so it's postio'n is amongst fields with a view of the Firth of Forth, and Edinburgh. The owners: Linda & Duncan, with their daughter, have created a tasteful, high quality Guest House. Breakfast is serve in the Conservatory with it's lovely views. Quality is again assured. Linda provided the warm welcome and local information.

It was only an overnite stop so didn’t explore the area, but was within 20 minutes driving distance of St Andrews where we had activity’s planned.
The property we stayed in was in a lovely quiet place and we could watch the birds flying around.
Would stay here again if in the area.
