The breakfast was amazing. We had a full English and it was beautifully cooked and presented. I don't eat black pudding, but I was persuaded to try their artisan black pudding and I ate the lot! They also had lots of other choices for breakfast that I would have liked to try. They were warm, friendly and really helpful in accommodating us and our needs. I'd definitely recommend them.

I couldn't praise this accommodation enough, from start to finish the landlord and his staff were so helpful pleasant and professions. The village is beautiful, room was stunning, rain shower was heaven and some lovely touches, including a breakfast hamper and fresh milk in the fridge. I was by myself travelling for work and they even brought my dinner to the room. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you so much. I will definitely be back !
Beautiful area, quiet and peaceful. Extremely lovely owners, approachable, friendly and focussed on making your stay a lovely experience. The breakfast, lunch and cakes are delicious and loved that it was local produce and Cooked, baked and made with passion!
A really delightful place to stay/visit and eat.

It was peaceful and secluded.
It was peaceful and secluded. The cottage had all the facilities required for my stay. It was comfortable and near to the facilities at Clitheroe. The cottage is situated on a farm near the village of Worston (NOT CHATBURN). If you like walking the path to the top of Pendle Hill starts opposite the cottage; although this walk is not for the faint hearted. If your young and fit give it a go. There are some nice easy walks down to the village of Worston. It's a great base for walks in the Forest of Bowland. Clitheroe is only 15 mins away with most of the usual stores. Clitheroe castle and museum is worth a trip and not too expensive.

Beautiful area, cosy and warm cottage (went 3 to 5 December)...
Beautiful area, cosy and warm cottage (went 3 to 5 December)! Two great double rooms with enough space. Third room more for a young child not tall teenager. Definitely recommend as area is beautiful.
Visiting family/friends so know Whalley/Clitheroe. The Dog Inn in Whalley is a lovely friendly pub (does food), lovely village to walk around and nearby walking areas. On train route so can go by train. Ate at the Brown Cow not far from accommodation was delicious so highly recommend :)
