all expectations for location and facilities were met. staff very welcoming to a very quiet and relaxing hotel. breakfast and dinner very good, nice choice of menu. room cosy and comfortable, only negative was very compact shower and low water pressure. but overall a good find for our 2 night stay in the area close to Balmoral Estate which was our reason for visit.

A stylish, attractive riverside country pub with rooms. Very good food at dinner, exceptional at breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Clean, well decorated room. Location was perfect as I was visiting world horse welfare belwade farm. Great to have milk in the fridge when I arrived so I could enjoy a cup of tea. Flowers from the garden in a vase was a lovely touch.

A beautiful quaint cottage with lovely big grounds. We played football and cricket until late at night. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed a BBQ. Super location with many walks and site seeing. The wood burner was just what we needed to relax after and active day. We look forward to returning.
