Very handy for the ferry terminal - we enjoyed watching the boats from our bedroom window. Lovely Inn with friendly staff and good food. It was very busy both nights we were there with both locals and visitors which is wonderful to seeas so many places are closing. Lovely location for exploring the island.

Great location for exploring the island.
Great location for exploring the island. Island is very scenic. Ferry service was very good. Roads are mostly single track with passing places. So allow more time for journeys to Tobermory etc. cafes, restaurants etc are struggling to get staff at present. So this can affect service levels a bit.

Although a great idea to hold swimming lessons it should advertise this on booking for paying guests to have awareness of this.

Liked the views but our room firstly had no view and when changed the condensation on the windows obscured the viewGood venue for travelling north and south of Mull
Ensure when you book you KNOW what you are getting. We booked through booking .com and ultimately felt misled. Try and book with the hotel direct if they accept bookings.
The hotel is situated in a lovely setting and very close to the ferries. The room was quaint, and had wonderful touches, like a radio playing music, and lovely art! Although there were multiple stairwells leading to our room, a VERY kind hotel worker carried our heavy bags for us. It was so nice of him. The restaurant was also great and fit us in with a last-minute reservation even though they were booked for the evening when we checked in. I wish we would have stayed longer and taken advantage of the spa!
Simply outstanding. The accommodation exceeded our expectations - the chalet was clean as a whistle and the facilities were better than some hotels and apartments we've stayed in. A superb bathroom and really comfy beds. The view out across the Sound of Mull was amazing and we can't wait to come back.
Very comfortable and adequate sized room. Good selection of food at breakfast and staff very attentive.
We were a bit aprehensive about taking the dog with us to the hotel but absolutely no problems…….he was well catered for by the staff.
The view from the glamping chalets over the Sound of Mull is delightful. You can sit on your terrace, or within the sliding doors, and look out on the ferries plying back and forth across the channel with the mountains rising behind.
Lovely location, very beautiful and clean room and hotel.beautiful views of the sea.
The owner went out of his way to assist me with pointing out the interesting things that we should do and see in mull

Beautifully restored house ,close to the ferry port , lovely views across the bay from the sitting room and from our bedroom
Superb evening meal and breakfasts lovely hosts in Tony and Fiona , will definitely return x
Room, staff, walks around the property and gardens, the sculpture walk right next door, the spa facilities and the decking to the beaches, breakfast was great too. One of our favourite hotels we've stayed at.
What a gem! We loved our stay at the Criagnure Inn! The people were incredible, breakfast delicious, and the room was fantastic. Would love to visit again!
