Breakfast was not good self service. Half the items for breakfast not available. Only one coffee machine working . No glasses available for orange juice. Staff did there best but not enough staff on .

I have stayed at this property several times. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Modern clean rooms, comfortable beds. Clean towels provided also tea & coffee. ( which many properties in Liverpool town centre do not provide) As a female traveler I feel very safe at this establishment. On comparison to other properties the price per night is very reasonable. 2 minute walk from train station and lots of takeaways/ pubs / shops within a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic hotel, the decor is amazing and the staff are fantastic. You can step out and be straight near all the shops, bars and restaurants. Absolutely brilliant and our room was huge with a big bath tub. LOVED IT and will stay again
