As we were visiting Sandringham the location was perfect. It was literally a two minute drive to either of the two main car parks near Sandringham House. Gwen provided us with an excellent full English breakfast on both mornings and our room
was exactly as described on the website. We were on the first floor at the front of the house in a bedroom with both a double and a single bed. Our private bathroom was across the landing and dressing gowns were provided to protect our modesty. The property has a narrow driveway at the side for off-road parking for visitors. Around a 100 yards away is the Feathers Hotel which we visited twice for evening meals. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble for Gwen (and her very friendly dog) and we would happily recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near Sandringham or the surrounding area. Thank you Gwen and we hope to visit you again in the future.
For all you runners there is a well attended park run every Saturday morning that starts near the kids play area near the car parks. A nice way to start the day !

Good breakfast with plenty of fruit available. Friendly staff. Nice to be told of the history of the place. There was a street fair going on in town, so we avoided the noise of that by coming to this quiet suburb.

Perfect location for a short break, we stayed 3 nights over a weekend. Sandringham House, Castle Rising, Holkham Hall, Langham Glass are all very close and excellent venues. Pubs and restaurants were all good. We travelled to Hunstanton every evening and ate there. Rodworks hampered getting around Dersingham, but overall the village was excellent. Local Co Op was very useful.

dersingham is a lovely village with quite a few pubs and restaurants close by>it is a mile from Sandringham which is ideal also great for many other Norfolk coastlines.
there is also a hop on off bus which takes you around the coast .
Location was perfect for our requirements. Good restaurants and pubs with food nearby. Local Co Op in village.
Sandringham House, Castle Rising and Hunstanton all a very short drive. Beach at Hunstanton was excellent.
Only 30 minutes to Holkham House and Langham Glass. All excellent for our 3 night weekend break.
Heating was good and the equipment was good. A dishwasher would be great for a longer stay.
Lovely little apartment right in the centre of Dersingham. It had everything you needed and more - cereal, milk, shampoo.. lots of facilities! The oven was easy to use, and everything had instructions just incase. Lorraine was an excellent host and made sure we were very happy with our stay. l
There was no outside noise during the evening - it had a lovely front garden, perfect for sitting out in the sun.
Although decor in the room a little dated ,the room was very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were good.staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Ate there in the evening, very good food. Good communication between staff and guests.felt very at home.
Better experience than a recent stay in a 4 star hotel .
Breakfast was very well cooked .would definitely stay there again.
Our band were performing at the Princess Theatre in Hunstanton, and the hotel was ideally placed just outside of Hunstanton and in a quite location.
The pub has a nice relaxed feeling.
The room was very clean, and laid out nicely, the beds were comfortable and had all the usual facilities.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were really helpful.
A great apartment next door (or almost) to a decent Spar supermarket with everything you need - although we didn't need much because the apartment came well stocked with the basics, including breakfast cereals and choc-chip cookies!
Dersingham is also close to a number of attractions, with the CoastRider bus stop nearby so easy to get wherever you want.
Fantastic staff, couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating - particularly appreciated given that we were staying there to attend a family funeral. Great range of ales and the locals were very welcoming too. Cooked breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in a hotel for years and they replicated that 3 mornings in a row!
Lovely characterful Victorian house in a quiet setting on the edge of Dersingham. The host Gwen was very hospitable and made us feel particularly welcome. Breakfasts were extremely good - high quality and well cooked. Also useful being just a couple of minutes walk from two pubs, both of which serve food.
My staff fed back that the room was very hot. The service was quite poor - the hotel staff coughed on the client. The breakfast offered (which we appreciate was made especially due to needing to depart very early - thank you) was unappealing. The room did seem clean however.
Location very convenient for Sandringham. Close to lots of good restaurants. Very quiet street. Everything was new and clean. The host had left milk, tea, coffee etc. The kitchen was well stocked although we only made breakfast. I would stay again.
Comfy beds in twin room. Great cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for very hard working staff. Walking distance to the bus routes along the north Norfolk coast. Very near Sandringham.
Tommy and Chris are excellent hosts. The cooked English breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we've had in ages.
Good "local pub " atmosphere with choice of real ales.
