Castle Lodge Bed & Breakfast in Sennybridge, Brecon, offers a truly enchanting escape in the heart of the Welsh countryside. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the lodge's unique blend of historic charm and modern luxury. Our room, a beautifully appointed haven, boasted a sumptuous four-poster bed, elegant furnishings, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Every detail had been carefully considered, creating an ambiance of pure indulgence. The communal lounge was equally inviting, a cozy space to relax and mingle with fellow guests. We enjoyed evenings spent chatting by the fire, sharing stories and travel tips. Breakfast at Castle Lodge was a highlight of our stay. Nice and quiet little village, but has a very fast main road...

Nice and quiet little village, but has a very fast main road running through, so there is a lot of road noise if you are staying near the road. It has a god central location so there are lots of walks not too far away.

Great base for walking, close to Brecon Beacons & the Usk Valley but also some local sights, the old church, & reputed oldest Yew Tree were fascinating, & the walk to Spennybridge is pleasant.
