We stayed in a country manor house completely surrounded by fields and public pathways. Great location for those who like to explore the countryside. We did not make it into town, but driving through it looked lovely and wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of Dorking. Would go back again. It's great being able to go on walks straight from the hotel and yet be within a short drive from Dorking town. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the dining area was also a very nice space both during the day and in the evening.
