Some rooms dont have windows , which need to be changed especially in summer. And the access cards gets deactivate everytime and thus you have come again and again to activate it. Rest everything is good . Am a frequent visitor and always prefer sachas and Portland Street. Hence need to be offered some complimentary service to feel privileged. Jethin serves me good with complimentary room upgrade.

Hotel decor was lovely - really cozy and welcoming, with pretty restaurant, bar and bedrooms. Definitely best looking hotel I've tried in Manchester! Room was good size, and had really comfy bed and nice shower. Location was really close to train station (Piccadilly), nice location by canal.
