The room was comfortable with a great shower. (Sadly there’s no bath option.) The evening meal
and breakfast were fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. It’s a busy place so they don’t have much opportunity for personal conversation.

If you looking for the Ritz Its not this. Suitable For those that enjoy camping ,Open fires .Cooking outdoors on a fire. More comfortable then a tent with some extras TV internet always a big plus. There is a games room suitable for young adults and Kids. Beautiful views and great sunsets If you are looking for rustic bush life, as close as you going to get near Lincoln. Also some very good fishing not far away. Fishing lake not connected to property but very close by 500 yards. There is also a small fishing pond 60 yards away next door. Did not try there. When you book the very fair price needs to be considered .Where else.

The first impression from the outside was very good. The inside was even better , all the rooms were neat and tidy, very spacious and clean.
The enclosed garden was perfect for pets and children alike. It had obviously been recently upgraded with the plants and new trees and will look very good once they have fully established.
Very close to the fish and chip shop and the food was very good. There's a large Tesco's within walking distance and the added bonus while we were there was that petrol was 8p a litre cheaper than anywhere else including other Tesco's.
Ideally suited for our needs and central to Lincoln, Hull, Gainsborough and the East Coast seaside resorts.
Sam was always available should there be any issues.

The location was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The host, Karl, was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. There was milk in the fridge and homemade shortbread on the counter. There is also a pub that serves delicious food only a two minute walk away. Everything we could have hoped for!

Exactly what i needed for my trip. Easy, no fuss and close to the others in my party who were staying elsewhere.

Excellent cottage for a relaxing break. Close to the beautiful city of Lincoln and easy access to great walks in the Wolds and nearby forest.

Nice hamlet with a pub (currently closed for refurbishment under new owners) in some nice countryside not far from Wragby with its pubs and a chip shop and amenities. Not very far from the wonderful Grange B&B! Go there.
