We loved walking the extensive grounds and appreciated the size of our room. Our bathroom alone was the size of some hotel rooms. The port tasting was fun. The highlight was the owl and hawk experience, which was beyond fabulous. The place has a great and very accommodating staff.

Lovely, friendly place in a very convenient area for our walk round Middleham, Aysgarth and Bolton Castle. The staff are very good and work hard to make sure everyone is happy. The room was an excellent size with a large clean bathroom. Breakfast was superb!

Lovely hosts, very friendly and attentive. The B & B is beautiful, well cared for and maintained, room was very spacious, well decorated with lovely furniture and a super comfy bed and pillows. Good shower and very large bath sheets. Breakfast was exceptional with all local produce. Wonderful stay couldn't have asked for more. 3 pubs in the village that we saw and a lovely tea room with great food.

Staff are fantastic. Coped with our late returns and couldn't do enough to help and ensure we were fed and watered. Very busy in the main pub on bank holiday weekend, but great and welcoming atmosphere. Beds were comfy. bathroom very small, but adequate.
