The staff at the swimming pool were very friendly - even when just passing by. Checking in with friendly hello and how are you is much nicer than expected. Scott on reception went above and beyond to help me out at check in. This is a big reason for the 10 out of 10. Staff brilliant. Location exceptional.

Great hotel, the size of the room was brilliant- although the hotel needed a lick of paint, I can't fault the cleanliness of the hotel, in addition to all the other hotels around as well- so clean and tidy. The breakfast was really nice, with enough options to choose from. I liked the use of the unlimited free facilities- swimming and the soft play area, this was brilliant for my daughter who thoroughly enjoyed herself. The amenities and everything needed was within walking distance.
All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!
