Although the area is not very nice, the accommodation is in a good location for town centre and the football stadium (15-20mins walk). Unfortunately, the hotel manager was rude, unfriendly and abrasive every time we interacted with him. When we tried to exchange pleasantries with him, he said "What's this? 20 questions? I told you I don't want to talk to you." I think this was because he was angry at us as we wouldn't be pressured into paying an extra £20 for the early check-in.SimonUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

I didn't like the area at all it looked like a dive there were people drunk in the middle of the afternoon dumping beer cans near the children's area of the hotel it was nowhere near as close to Newcastle centre as they made out and the place was filthy and broken a real disappointment

The. Location is good and plenty of parking and outside seating also a well stocked bar if you. Want enjoy the garden in good weather the hotel is budget but good value when you look at the facilities. The city is only a few minutes away so a massive choice of food outlets
