Flamborough is as it always has been, despite growing a little. The people are friendly without being intrusive, food well cooked and generous . The attraction for me is the space. The sea obviously but there is that same sense looking inland. This is not to say that if you choose, you cannot find the bustle of nearby towns with excellent shopping. Lovely area.

Flamborough is perfect for those who enjoy walking, wildlife and an unspoiled location, the village itself is quiet with all the amenities we needed, good pubs, delicious fish and chips, well stocked supermarket, we did not try the cafes, a perfect place with easy access to very dramatic cliffs with well maintained coastal paths in both directions.

Great choice of dining with the Ship Inn.

Great choice of dining with the Ship Inn. Also fish & chip shop in the village & at least one other pub. Quiet location, but with easy access to other coastal resorts. There is also a good bus service and it is a compact village making it easy to get around.

We came to visit Flamborough as we live in Flamborough Road...

We came to visit Flamborough as we live in Flamborough Road many miles away from the place itself and I was always curious how it is there. And indeed, there is so much to see and do. We went to North Landing (our favourite, especially up the cliffs), South Landing, Lighthouse and nearby beech down the steep stairs, we love the sea, so we enjoyed it from every corner possible. Driving further away it is only 30min to Scarborough and a bit less to Filey and 1hr drive to Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Amazing and must see places. The weather wasn't always kind to us, but for the the views it was all well worth it.

The caravan was very clean and the haven beds are very comfortable. The facility’s for family are great, the play barn was excellent value for money, my boys did den building, fire lighting, bug hunt and junior segways, cheapest was £2 most expensive was £12. The boys really enjoyed there time there, big thanks to penguin who did all the outside games and was great with all the kids. The organisation at the haven site was top notch

The location and veranda great, a lot of stuff for kids + dog friendly! however we didn’t end up staying but the owners provided us an alternative location which worked out better in the end, just not the amenities that Haven provides, they were very accommodating and solved the problem straight away due to heating fault and we had a 5 month old and 6 year old. So we never got to experience Thornwick Bay unfortunately

Host Katrina was nice & took time to talk to guests. The place itself was clean & quaint with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shower was amazing, and I slept well with a wonderful breakfast to wake up too. I had a bike which was in a shed for the night.Wished I'd have stayed longer. There were 3 pubs on your doorstep & pharmacy doors down. 10 mins bike from North Beach Flamborough.

The location of the cottage is ideal for exploring both Flamborough head and Bempton cliffs. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The cooked breakfast is delicious and consists of locally sourced produce, it certainly sets you up for the day. We will certainly look to stay again when we visit Bempton/Flamborough during the puffin season.

Location was perfect, quite and private. Relaxed listening to the birds. Quick walk to sewerby, lovely walks from the door step. When we go again , so much was provided for us, I'll know not to take as much I am a carer for ayoung man with autism and learning difficulties, he really enjoyed the whole holiday. Excellent location on a quiet street. Ten minute walk to the south was fabulous cliffs and beach at South Landing. Ten minute walk north puts you in the center of Flamborough village: Co-op, pubs and the excellent Lighthouse Fisheries for fish and chips. Tracy was great host, cooked two excellent breakfasts. A detached lounge had a fridge and sink.

The caravan was perfect just wish we were staying longer. It had everything you need, plenty of room including an outdoor seating area and woke up to a beautiful sunrise. Facilities on site were great and only a couple of miles to beautiful Flamborough head where we seen lots of seals would definitely recommend

Room was large, with a comfy bed and very quiet. Host was very welcoming, breakfast was great. The accomodation is very secure and the garden bar is an amazing addition. The village is in close walking distance with a shop, pubs and food options. Flamborough Head lighthouse was a quick cycle away.

A lovely location, close to the village and coast. It felt very homely in all the rooms, even fresh flowers. The open fire was great on an evening. Large outdoor space with hot tub, and games room. Dog friendly with outdoor shower. Fantastic hosts, lots of communication prior to our stay.
