Location was excellent as we were going to the Porthleven food festival. We booked Camellia chalet as we booked it last year and were very happy.

The room was amazing. Even dry robes to use. Good choice of drinks and nibbles in the room. Fantastic comfy bed and soft towels. Lovely elvis products in the bathroom. The fan was a nice touch as was very warm. The location right on the harbour front. The breakfast was of good choice . Full English or alternatives. Brilliant. Free easy parking.

The host was an absolute star! We booked around 8.30pm of the arrival day (after being let down by another property) and he turned up 10 mins later to let us in, show us around and turn on the heating etc. The place is lovely, beds are comfy and it was definitely nice and warm.
Parking space right outside fitted our large SUV.
We were able to make a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning in the well-equipped kitchen.

Was clean but we could not stay inside after you closed all windows over night to sleep because of the strong smell of damp carpeting ... so decided to leave at 10 pm
There are so many places to visit in the area. I would have been good to have some information leaflets and advise about when booking is needed; for instance we were been lucky to get one of the last available bookings to visit St. Michael's Mount.
