Glenarm is small and quiet.
Glenarm is small and quiet. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby, A couple of Pubs, A Tea cafe, Glenarm Castle that is well worth a visit or two, serving food, A cafe, Ice Cream Parlour and much more. Harbour, Sea front walk, My favourite was the Castle walk through a forest and back along the Glenarm River, great for exercising your dog.JanetUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Glenarm is a charming little village with beautiful scenery.
Glenarm is a charming little village with beautiful scenery. We walked around the Castle Gardens which were beautifully designed and laid out. The Tea rooms were also worth a visit for a good selection of meals, coffee and tray bakes. Tasty and good value. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Although Glenarm does not have restaurants, etc, it really is no problem as you don’t need to travel far to find a hotel, takeaway, etc. It is a great location to use as a base for those who wish to see more of the local areas. I will definitely return. We chose to go to the Londonderry Arms hotel in Carnlough to eat in the evenings, which is nearby and the food was first-class.AngelaUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Lovely beach and quiet to stay in but not many shops or off licence available.. also not fussed on the flags ‘tends to impose a tone not necessary in this day and age’!! However great location for sightseeing and the beautiful Glens and coast road are amazing!AAnonymousUnited Kingdom
