The location is over looking the lock and could lay in bed and look at the lock with the mountains behind. Beautiful room and it's all new, clean and beautifully designed. I could have stayed a week and will definitely be back !

Very comfy bed, nice shower and tasty breakfast (although the cereal portions were a bit small for hungry cyclists!). Easy self check-in. 10mins walk to restaurants etc
This traditional highland hotel, close to Loch Ness, is in the Highland village of Invermoriston and is ideally located on the A82 at the junction for Skye, Lochaber and Inverness.
Food is a bit overpriced for what it is. Rooms were very clean. Bit of lack of communication or info from staff on a few things, like that breakfast was served in a different place to dinner. Breakfast is no way worth £16.

Loved every minute of our stay here.
Loved every minute of our stay here. From the minute we walked through the entrance we were greeted very warmly and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Room was excellent - good quality furnishings with a warm welcoming feel to it. Bathroom was a good size and also very clean. Food was also good - had dinner and breakfast, and enjoyed both. We wish we had booked longer as it really was a very enjoyable stay. The lovely Inn that oozed charm and comfort. Would highly recommend
location is beautiful and central for going to see lots of places of interest, Skye, fort William, fort Augustus, glen finnan viaduct etc. the staff and management were all extremely polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. the food was excellent as well, we will definitely be back in the future! a lot of folk complain about the cost of the food and drink, it’s a hotel in the middle of nowhere so the prices will always be a bit more. to be honest the food wasn’t any more expensive than we’d pay back home.
absolutely happy with our stay there. The location is amazing - beautiful views and a picturesque route coming up to the hotel. The owners are very friendly and ensured we felt welcome and comfortable. Special kudos for the breakfast one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in all my travels. the owners make sure they pick the best produce and cook it to perfection.
the rooms are tidy and large enough. couldn’t be happier with my stay!
I first drank in the bar at Cluanie Inn in 1974 and have stayed in the hotel off and on since the late 1980s. This was my first stay for three years and I was bowled over by the quality of the refurbishment carried out by the present owners. It is a lovely hotel in a brilliant position. Friendly staff, comfortable beautifully decorated room and, unlike former days, a free wifi that actually works reliably!
Booked the family room for two adults and a four year old. The room had a large bed and two singles so definitely enough room for the three of us. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The scenery around the hotel is amazing. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere or at least gives you that feeling which is great.
Outstanding with a large selection of hot and cold foods. The high quality of service table ware and room facilities had standards worthy of any 5 star hotel.
High standard of cleanliness and presentation with local decor in keeping with central highland Scotland.
Roaring log fire and seating to melt into.
The evening meals we opted for were fulfilling and at a high standard.
The hotel is an oasis that is in the middle of the Highlands. The restaurant is amazing and the view from the rooms and restaurants is also great. The staff was very friendly and in general quality and service where excellent
The evening meal was delicious. The staff were stretched, but attentive and friendly. The location is remote, being away from any settlement, set in the mountains. The hotel was clean and reasonably well refurbished.
This isolated hotel was a welcome stop on our journey across Scotland. The hotel was immaculate, the rooms and common areas tastefully decorated with tartan patterns and wooden furniture. We loved it!
Everything..the location is so so great.
We liked everything of that hotel.
The dinner and the breakfast were great’
The staff is very pleasant.
The hotel is stunning.
Room and hotel were nicely decorated. Woke up to deer grazing outside the hotel. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Plenty of parking. Very picturesque.
