Despite rain we got up early and went for a walk on the road heading toward Goudhurst listening to the birds and watching the rabbits and deer. E then had homemade muesli, and our wonderful cooked breakfast arrived exactly when we asked for it. The bedroom and living area were perfect for our overnight stay before travelling on to Gatwick (40 mins away) the following morning.

I had a lovely room - admittedly at the back of the property so very quiet ! Room was beautiful and very spacious. The one thing I did not like was that I could not turn the towel rail off and I have a problem with heat but at least I could open the window fully which helped. The breakfast was really good.
