The room was amazing. Even dry robes to use. Good choice of drinks and nibbles in the room. Fantastic comfy bed and soft towels. Lovely elvis products in the bathroom. The fan was a nice touch as was very warm. The location right on the harbour front. The breakfast was of good choice . Full English or alternatives. Brilliant. Free easy parking.

Superb breakfast with full selection of hot and cold choices, really really good. Room was very well furnished with en suite bathroom and all modern fixtures and fittings. June, the host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is in a beautiful location in a working farm setting, all in all a very enjoyable stay.

The cottage was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The mezzanine was cosy and quirky with carpeted stairs so no problems to stay 4 adults in the property. Great communication with clear instructions was also given so no issue what so ever. Close drive to most Cornwall attractions. Would definitely stay here again!
