Easy to find, good location. Very friendly staff on reception. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Car parking easy onsite. Good location for National Trust properties. Evening meals superb. All in all a very nice stay and would stay again.

Staff were very helpful, calling up the day before to try and sort early check in that I had mentioned on my booking form. Breakfast in the morning was a good spread of cooked breakfast to order and continental buffet.

We were there to participate in a Diamond Wedding lunch and the meal was excellent, the function room was spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was good and the whole experience of being there was a delight. The hotel is quite close to the M20 so is easily accessible and although it is just off a main road it feels as if it is completely isolated with lovely views from the bedrooms.JohnUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

This is a good hotel with nice rooms and surrounding gardens. I think the bar is rather cramped and the service lacked charm. Over all, I thought I got good value for money. I did not eat at Hadlow Manor so cannot comment on the quality of the food.

The location was great, the room was lovely and clean, but the food let this location / stay down. The chaotic breakfast on the second nights stay was terrible!! no order, no choice and running out of all foods and drinks. Only one member of staff on duty.

Top marks all round. Our room was at the opposite end of the hotel to the weddings taking place and we had a completely undisturbed night's sleep
