staff could not be more friendly and helpful. location was good, however no car parking could be reserved and local pub visitors used up the spaces. breakfast was tasty even if the bacon was over-done.

Peaceful, rural location and ideal for a lovely walk to Lyme Regis and buses back. Also convenient for driving to Seaton and Beer.
