The Breakfast was non existant. No information was given me on arrival about breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant. In the morning I could not find anyone about to find out about breakfast so I left without breakfast .
The shower unit was filthy and the whole place was dirty. This is the only place that I have ever stayed at that I will never stay at again or recommend. I would have thought you would have vetted this place before allowing it to use your systems. The only good thing I can say is it is in a good location. With the right people and a complete facelift it could be a good place to stay.

New room décor was really lovely, packed a lot into the space. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, 15 minute walk to the river and could explore from there.

Breakfast was excellent. I struggled to drive into the car park but Patricia( I hope I remember her name correctly) helped me drove through the entrance and I am grateful. Strong wifi. Comfy bed.

Hotel was ideal for where we wanted to go. Close to Windsor Castle and walking distance to the shops and bars. Nice park close by too. Hotel in itself was nice, nice outside area. Room was clean and tidy and nice that there was soft drinks in the fridge.

I was a rather wet and raining few days and just had a meeting to go to so didn't do any of the touristy type things. I gather the proprietors had only been in for half a year and hopping that today (11 Nov 2023) when writing this they will be able to sign a 10 year lease so start doing it up even more.

nice place, friendly people, room was nice for what i paid, beds were comfy, water bottles, hot drink making facilities, fridge, tv, own bathroom and entry to room small things like tv remote didnt work, and looked as though the fire alarm was taped to the ceiling in our room, would return again
