Having stayed here most weeks since Christmas. It is always nice that the reception staff greet me by my first name. Especially Rosa & Lauren. It's also good to see Olivia back from her travels, and she has her old job back.
Karen from housekeeping also says hello whenever we pass in the corridors.

My impression of this hotel is very good. The room is very clean and no excessive items. The staffs are all very polite and helpful. The food served here is excellent, only wished they serve dinner on Sundays! The only problem is its location which is not very convenient, but that's the reason why it is so cozy and unique. And I love the chubby dog here!
