Kate and Terry were wonderful hosts and we had a lovely stay. The room was amazing, breakfast was great and clearly Kate and Terry had put a lot of thought and consideration into small details like milk and water in the fridge. They even left us a bottle of prosecco in the room!

Helston has a long history, interesting shops and is a good starting point for visiting beaches, geology and ice cream!Since the by-pass, the town centre is safer! Big Salisbury's, Lidl. Access to the Lizard, Porthleven, Praa sands Kynance Cove all within 20 minutes travel. I stayed at the Premier Inn with its restaurant, car park and spacious room.

The quietude of the space was so right for me.

The quietude of the space was so right for me. Lizard Peninsula easy to get to and only took a few minutes. I loved the Llamas and donkey pottering around the site. Because the property had a balcony and good outdoor furniture. I could sit there and view the sea in the background.

Helston is a lovely little place. There are nice pubs and places to eat, especially the burger place called Boo Koos . A few good shops to peruse, would stay here again as it makes a good base for exploring the area.

I have visited Helston many times and find that the town is suffering from the results of the pandemic and its affect on local businesses. Having said that the area around is still full of interesting places to visit and nice people.

Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape.

Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape. However, the surrounding area is wonderful. Porthleven, small but very friendly and welcoming. Location ideal for exploring the St Ives, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, and the coast from Porthleven round to Falmouth. Wonderful memories 💖. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay at the Three Tuns, the owners were very welcoming and the hotel is charming on the square in St Keverne by the church. Our room was very comfortable with lovely extras such as still and sparkling water and top quality tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the decor is attractive with a luxurious feel. We had a lovely evening meal downstairs followed by a wonderful breakfast the next morning with amazing options. Excellent quality all round, we would definitely recommend staying here and it's great value.

I enjoyed a warm welcome with a well-equipped and well-serviced room. There was a very good choice for breakfast, and the food was lovely. Vicki even provided a 'sandwich to go' when I needed an early start for my homeward journey. There was also a very helpful list in the room of good places to eat in the vicinity, most of which were within a short drive. The garden is beautiful, and the location is handy for both Helston and Falmouth.

no.52 B&B was a perfect fit for my visit in the Helston area!! Kim and the staff have an ideal location complemented with choice comforts top to toe! The breakfast was first rate, my room and the public space immaculate and most importantly, massive friendliness and welcoming spirit and conversation. *Bonus to be right next door to The Blue Anchor Pub serving up superior Spingo too!! For sure I'll return next time through 🤙🏼🌎👊🏼

The owner is an amazing lady which makes you feel truly welcomed. Being a big morning eater, the breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a Bed and Breakfast. My day started with a full belly! The bed were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The B&B is off the main road by about 300 metres, yet it was very quiet at night which was what I needed!

Newly refurbished room with loads of space, a comfortable bed with nice linen, decent fittings and a modern shower room. Also good wifi and a smart TV, although the signal for the TV was dodgy. The location is a short walk from Helston should you wish to sample its somewhat sparse delights. They left an air-conditioning unit in the room which was thoughtful.

This hotel is an actual gem! Situated right on the beach in a quiet little village. The facility was stunning and the rooms perfect! Tip: the mirror in the bathroom contains a light for getting ready (I only discovered this on leaving). But I will 100% be coming back for a weekend. The staff were lovely and the breakfast just perfect also! Thanks so much!

I liked the location very central in Helston, a beautiful town. Great idea to convert the mill, has some charm but needs more maintenance. The living room was spacious and the host left us everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen.

The idea of it. We regularly travel to Helston and usually opt for the Premier Inn. However, thought an apartment would be a nicer option… Next time we will stick to the Premier Inn.
