All staff we came in contact with were first class. To a person they all were friendly, helpful, very professional and keen to make sure we were well looked after. The hotel was being refurbished, the standard of work being done looked very good. The bedroom was very generous and recently redecorated, there was a new bathroom suite. The decor was very pleasant and the bed comfortable. Nice touches such as built-in USB A & C sockets. Good breakfasts.
