The staff were really helpful and kind. We were able to invite guests ( non residents )for dinner.
The staff explained that they couldn't change our room, and though some bathroom fittings were broken ( toilet seat , shower curtain rail) we could still use the facilities and the room was adequate.

The Hotel is a very good hotel. However due to a receptioin downstairs (extremly loud disco) I was unable to sleep in my room until after midnigh. At one point I went and sat in my car to get some peace
