The room was clean and comfortable and met all my needs for an overnight stay before my flight to Australia. The bed was very comfortable, with great pillows. I had an evening meal (sea bass) in the restaurant, which was simply fabulous. Jamie Oliver could not have done better. The hot breakfast was hot (often not at other hotels) - a nice touch being the warmed plates. I liked the real bread, too, rather than the packaged sliced stuff. I loved the beautifully themed central atrium where the restaurant and bar are located. Staff are friendly throughout the hotel and customer-oriented (another feature often not so uniformly present).

I have never wasted £200 in one evening sleeping in such a tiny room!! It was absolutely horrid! I had anxiety throughout the evening as the room was literally so small I couldn’t move!

It's not an inexpensive hotel but so convenient for Terminal 2. I was able to leave hand luggage in the hotel, check in my large suitcase and then go back for breakfast. Room and food good. I'd stay here again if using T2

Despite the size of the hotel, the staff came across like a family, who cared about us. The actual atmosphere of the dining and foyer areas felt very homely, warm and inviting.
Our room was clean bright and comfortable with all the right amenities to support our stay. Would come back again and stay longer.

Close to Heathrow airport T5, good for those who catch an early flight. But the bus in morning often over-crowded, the bus driver would skip the bus stop at the hotel. Allow extra time for the bus journey.

We stayed here because we had a very early check-in the following morning. This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and very convenient to the airport because we could walk. We had dinner in their bar because we were rather early and the dining room wasn't open yet. food was great!! The front dest employees smiled all the time we spoke to them and they were warm and approachable and helpful. We will stay there again.
Staff - Very accommodating. I requested another night and they advised me to search online for the cheapest price which they matched.
Breakfast - Buffet style breakfast, clean and well presented.
Location - Great for the airport and to get into central London without having to pay Central London prices.
Massage - Make the use of the on site massage facility. (not really a spa but a therapy room) The deep tissue is great!
Room - The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room quiet even with the airport across the road.
Free basic continental breakfast with cooked breakfast available at weekends. Our dog was allowed for £5 a night. Very new separate accommodation with an outside eating area looking over the Grand Union Canal and it's barges and wildlife. Lovely walks from the doorstep and handy supermarket not far away. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very handy for Heathrow airport or Uxbridge tube station both just 10 mins drive away. A nice burger or steak dinner menu with vegetarian available reasonably priced.
The apartment location is quite convenient. It's 10-15 mins walk into town centre and uxbridge town centre. It has fish and chips dining next door, if you're into that.
There is parking space available although I didn't use it.
You've Netflix and amazon prime available on TV, which was a bonus.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensile and white goods to make your stay comfortable. The lounge had ample seating space along with dining table.
4 adults can easily sleep in 2 double beds.
Great Lille find and excellent value for money.
Clean, comfortable bed.
Friendly efficient staff and excellent location only a 15 minute walk to Ruislip Māori where there are bars, shops & restaurants.Plus tube station into London.
Also behind the Hotel there is a train station.
It has its own bar and has complimentary continental breakfast.
When we were there the Hotel was getting refurbished on the outside.
I had to travel from Scotland to London as my husband took seriously unwell on a transatlantic flight and was taken to hospital near the hotel, which is why I chose it. The staff were excellent and so helpful to someone who has never been to London before. I would most definitely like to return, however for a nicer reason - thank you The Red Lion, you made a hard trip easier. Mrs Morrison
Check-in was efficient and the desk clerk was helpful (thank you, Melissa!). I had booked a single room but it turned out to have a very comfortable queen-sized bed and much more space than expected. The dinner I had in one of the hotel's restaurants was very good, and (for London), reasonably priced. Menu included some vegetarian and vegan options and a good choice of wines.
Nice and clean room (spacious for London), very friendly staff, 24h restaurant options (according to their menu - we ended up not needing it). There's public transport right in front of the hotel, so instead of the 6£ airport shuttle bus, you can take the local bus for 1,65£. To catch it at the airport, you need to go to the Heathrow Central bus hub, not the shuttle bus hub.
Hotel was clean and nice, simple really cozy rooms,if you like nice warm space it is perfect for you😊.
Personal was awsome. Specialy the old gentleman in reception was really lovely.
Ruislip is really nice place and tube is so close so travel to center of london was really good.
I recommend this place, hope to visit them again❤️.
Clean, good service and very reasonably priced! I wanted someplace at Heathrow to stay before an early morning flight. The hotel is too far to walk, but there are buses or taxi from the airport. Even with the taxi both ways, the cost was less than half what I paid to stay in Central London the night before. Great value!
we took the elizabeth line tube train in from london, followed the signs to the hotel , indoors the entire way, check- in was quick , the room was a good size, clean and just what we needed for our last night before an early morning flight home breakast at 5am and back to the tube for the ride to terminal 3
loved the apartments
very spacious rooms
had all the kitchen amenities etc
very near to bus station and metro
tesco express just below the hotel
5 min walk to hayes town where u have plenty of restaurants/supermarkets etc
overall the staffs were super helpful
specially Mr Omar and young lady Aliya
Close to tube station to get into London, easy for the airport, family room was a decent size and the hotel has a shop, restaurant and even fusball table outside for playing with the kids. I thought this was a great location for a stop off before or after a flight.
The bed was just amazing! So comfortable! The linen and towels smelt really good. Very clean and spacious room, quiet and friendly staff. Housekeeping is very accommodating. This hotel is at the top of the list of my favorite hotels in London Heathrow.
London was the first stop for our honeymoon and the hotel was nice enough to have a nice decor with champagne and a bouquet set up in our room upon arrival. spacious studio apartment and the bed was super comfortable.
The room was spacious, decorated beautifully and was extremely comfortable. Loved the little couch seating area and work desk area. The whole hotel area that we saw was very clean with friendly helpful staff.
Hotel is new, everything looks appealing. Great staff, very helpful. Food was tasty, although the choices were sparse , coffee machines had fantastic coffee. Direct connection to Terminal 4 and London Tube.
The hotel is in an ideal location to the airport for international travelers. It was not difficult to find our way to the train to London. Food at Vivre was good. Easy to get reservations.
Hotel was awesome, room was very comfortable, also had a nice restaurant which we ate at with some great drinks. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time in London
