Lovely grounds, quiet despite being in the middle of Headingly, , friendly staff, clean comfortable room, desk and chair. Good cooked breakfast in the price Tea and coffee on tap in lounge Bar ( but I arrived too late to try it)

Room was lovely and clean. Great bathroom. The staff were very helpful with suggestions of what to see in the area and local restaurants. Good breakfast. Dining room staff were very pleasant and efficient. Easy walk to local supermarket and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.
