Great location has shops, takeaway, pub, public transport within walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights, ventured into Brighton by bus, very easy to find and use, cost £4 return.
Parking space at front of property, easy self check in and out. Met Sharon on arrival, very friendly and helpful.
Great little place to stay, everything you need - comfy bed, useful information, storage drawers, TV and WiFi, well equipped kitchen area with fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, toaster, kettle, good selection of hot drinks, sugar, fresh milk in fridge, tomato sauce, salt and pepper, even biscuits and cereal provided! Private bathroom with lovely warm shower, soft towels.
The whole place was amazingly clean with good quality equipment and decor.

Easy to find, seamless check-in. Parking was not too difficult. Host was responsive. Location was a walk down to the beach, lots of eateries nearby too.
What more can I say about the place? It's is exactly like the picture! Very cosy, private outdoor patio for tea time.
Will recommend to anyone visiting Brighton!

Cool, unique and quirky hotel. Location is perfect for exploring the centre of Birghton. Staff were super nice and accommodating. Definitely will be back to stay in a different room as they are all individually themed.
