I went to Hull for a concert in the City Hall. Ibis is only 10 minutes away. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. My twin room was clean, very basic but had what I needed.

Loved the location - just a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town but on the edge of a lovely quiet square outside the New Theatre.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served swiftly and was very nice.
I had asked for a room with a good amount of desk space for working - I was given a free upgrade on arrival which delivered that, and more. The room was very large and well-equipped - robes, safe, iron etc.

Very clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming, being given a nice warm chocolate cookie on arrival was a nice touch. Everything was high spec. The car park is secure which is a really big bonus. Was quiet and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The bar was nice and relaxing and drinks were nice.
