Staff were excellent and the chap who booked us in at 11pm was EXCEPTIONAL! He was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, funny and tolerant of a couple of very weary travellers. I am annoyed that I can't remember his name but he deserves recognition.

the twin beds in the bedroom were very sturdy and nice and their was a matress topper onto of the mattres!
the room wasn't very large for two larger older folk men travellers but we managed ok.
the bathroom and walk-in shower was lovely and designed for a large person or two showering together - a couple.
there was plenty of lovely hot water in, when showering on the departing monday morning - and free shower gel and shampoo conditioner in the shower - and hand sink - great!!
the young manager lady - was brillant, both young ladies on the reception desk checking-in and the young bar tender,server lady here all!
the sunday accommodation price was was 68pds for the night, with a 9pds car parking charge on-site in the reception area, paid on arrival!
this ibis motel,hotel is situated right behind the very large morrisons warehouse and scania new truck sales unit,compound, in near bridgewater,
just on the righthand side of the M5 Motorway traveling southbound.

Very friendly village. We found 2 great pubs with great food and very friendly staff. We'd recommend Crossways Inn and The Pimpernel. We saw a few bus stops around so we think it would be easy to get around from Huntspill if you you didn't have car.

We were only making an overnight stop but we had an excellent meal at the Crossways Hotel (which also served some very good ale). After our meal we enjoyed a pleasant evening walk through the surrounding fields.
