Location was good near all amenities and next to the sea. Bar area was really nice. Room was nice overlooking the sea.

The location was central and within walking distance of the old town and lots of good cafes/restaurants, with a lovely sea view. The staff were really friendly and helpful (Jenia in particular - thank you!). We had a problem with the hot water in our room and it was sorted out within 10 minutes.
The Lookout Rye is in the centre of the historical town of Rye, high on the East Cliff with views across the river. It has free Wi-Fi and paid parking.
