We really liked the apartment it was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location is also good only a 5 minute taxi to city centre. The host was also very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location next to Jesmond Dene with cafes and restaurants all close by on Osborne road. We enjoyed trips to the city and Tynemouth .
Located in the very heart of the city, moments from the city centre railway station, Sleeperz Newcastle has countless iconic landmarks steps away from its doorstep.

The room was clean and plenty of space for two people. It backed onto the railway though so I would book a front room next time as I'm a very bad sleeper. Beds very comfortable, shower very good, no complaints at all. The evening meal in the restaurant was good too.
Just 300 metres from the Gateshead Millennium Bridge and the Baltic Art Centre, this modern hotel has a stylish on-site restaurant, bar, gym, and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Surprisingly quiet and comfortable bed made for a good sleep. Clean. Modern bathroom and great location for Glasshouse. Yea and coffee facilities in the room- not always included in budget hotels.
The DoubleTree by Hilton is a classic hotel, loved for years by visitors to Newcastle.

We booked because of the close proximity to the airport and an extra early flight - literally a few minutes walk across from the airport
The welcome from the reception team was warm and friendly, answering any questions we had and arranging a non dairy milk alternative for me.
The room was spacious, comfortable with a good size bathroom and shower with shower gel, soap etc readily available. Towels and bedding were clean and all was well presented.
A supply of tea, coffee and biscuits were available in the room. We had a meal in the Italian Restaurant and again, were greeted by friendly , polite staff and chose our meal from a good varied menu - including diary free alternatives . The chef and his team were very accommodating and adapted my meal to specifically suit my needs. Prices were not excessive
Jesmond is a lively place with pubs and places to eat.
Jesmond is a lively place with pubs and places to eat. The property we stayed in is to the south end of Jesmond in Sandyford which is like Jesmond used to be. Really quiet with a few cool places to eat within 1 minute. One of the best coffee shops and brunch places in Newcastle (Aidans). The start of Jesmond Dene is also here at the Heaton end and great for running or walking all of the way through. From Sandyford you are in a great position to enjoy the bars in Newcastle, Jesmond and down to the Ouseburn. For families, Ouseburn and Jesmond Dene have animals and cafes. Our favourite is always the many beaches. Don’t forget the South beaches. Try Seaham and look for its famous sea glass, spot seals and breakfast in the Lamp Room.
