We arrived late and Rachel welcomed us, showed us our room, and helped us with our bags. The breakfast was good and the staff serving were very very helpful and polite. A bit more breakfast choice would have been nice - more fruit and some yogurt, for example. And where was the porridge?! We strongly recommend this hotel and will be back.
