Basic room (no frills); very comfortable bed; internal bathroom, no night light. Were in the mews building, bedroom off a corridor which could be a little noisy dependent on returning guests.

The room was comfortable and the bed was great.
The room was comfortable and the bed was great.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bar area was great but small and crowded (we picked a busy time)
The big disappointment was the food - Sunday evening meal was bad, very dried out mash, rock hard roast potatoes and a completely inedible Yorkshire pudding (obviously the last meal of the Sunday lunches). The chicken pie was good.
The breakfast was awful.

Nothing to like.
Nothing to like. Toilets dirty, room not that clean, food menu for evening meal poor and we were very ill after eating it. Charged £26.50 for breakfast when only had toast due to being ill all night. Fire doors slamming shut all night , dirty linen left on top of stairs all night

Really disappointing, we had a room with a view over a scrap area, that was messy as well as being ugly. The food was awful for dinner, the bar staff were sad, we weren't notified about the pool being closed.

Lovely place.
Lovely place. Having read some of the reviews l was concerned about the hotel as taking Grandson for his birthday to Harry Potter World, but the hotel was great. There was a lovely pub just down the road where we went for meal.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel offered a very good breakfast and lunch, with a wide variety of dishes that were both delicious and satisfying. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of our stay.
The location of the hotel was a major highlight, being in close proximity to the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios. This made our visit to the studios extremely convenient and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.
Fantastic location for Harry potter at warner brothers and kings langley train station.
Really old quirky building so don't expect modern plush. Staff were lovely .
Bed comfortable and all clean linen. Walls to adjoining room a bit thin so noise carried. Shower was a bit of a struggle , but all in all for the price and location it was fantastic. Wish we'd had breakfast option , not available weekdays. However having a bar was great for the evening!!
We ate at the bar and the food was very nice. Would recommend the grilled steak baguette or rib -eye steak althogu the latter was pricey. Pizza got thumbs up from son. The bar staff were also super friendly (the only ones in the hotel!). It was very convenient for WB studios. We also did a short day trip to London and it was very close to both Watford Junction and King's Langley station (20 mins on fast train). Also very close to M25/M1
The hotel was set in a beautiful setting of a combination of open green space and woodlands. The staff were kind considerate and knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area.
The common areas were well maintained and beautifully kept.the swimming pool was fantastic for a tranquil escape and the dining area had a stunning view.
Room was of a respectable size and clean with attentive staff refreshing towels when needed.
Very attractive location - a picture book English village setting.
Staff were efficient and friendly.
The room was comfortable and quiet. A minor criticism is the apparent cost cutting measure of just two servings of coffee available in the room!
Other than that it was excellent with very good cooked or continental breakfast available.
I would consider staying at the Two Brewers again in the future.
We loved the comfy beds, and the hotel were able to arrange joining rooms with a connecting door which was perfect for our young kids. The breakfast was fantastic and we loved been able to go for a swim with the children before breakfast. We had the pool to ourselves. The location is perfect for Harry Potter studios. Would recommend.
The location was perfect as very close to Harry Potter studios. We looked at our hotel stay as part of the experience saying it was the Leakey Cauldron as it had character. The sheets were clean and the staff helpful in directing us to where we could get breakfast. There were tea/coffee sachets to make drinks.
It’s an ideal place to stay at if you are visiting the Warner Bros. studios. It looks just like the pubs from the movie.
If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, keep looking, but if you like a unique stays surrounded by locals- you found your place.
This is a very handy location for Watford and for London. Comfortable property with bar. Train station within walking distance and buses for Watford and Hemel Hempstead which because of weather kind owner dropped me off at station!
The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious and served very quickly. Particularly grateful to Sarah for calling me a taxi back to the station when I couldn't get any mobile reception.
Excellent pub hotel located perfectly in rural Hertfordshire. Breakfast was very good and a great start to the day, the dinner menu was full of choice and all the food was very well prepared.
Only reason we stayed at hotel waa due to Harry Potter musuem, but we were super happy about our choice to stay at Two Brewers. The area was wonderful. Felt comfortable & safe.
Lovely hotel , the staff we so helpful and friendly big thank you to manger for changing our room location was fab too and the English breakfast was delicious 😋
The drive up to the hotel seeing this amazing building that wasn't even where we were staying.
You drive to the left and looks like your going in a job centre
