We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

The location was easy to fund. I stayed to attend a concert at twickenham stadium.. I was told by the owner that I could get a bus to twickenham from outside the hotel. The family who owned it were lovely. I would stay here again for sure

Becky, one of the members of staff we dealt with was incredibly helpful and friendly and really brought some character to the place. She couldn't do enough for us.
The breakfast was outstanding, and the meal options and activities meant you could do a whole lot without leaving the hotel. Richmond Park is right across the road, I went for many swims in the pool. We also had a Fondue experience which was wonderful.
The building is beautiful and interesting and I loved wafting through the corridors like I was in a period drama.
We chose to book this hotel due to needing a place to stay after attending the Hampton Court Festival. Upon arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded to a suite - which was a lovely surprise! The suite was amazing…very spacious, air conditioned (which was a blessing in the heat) and had everything we could have needed for our stay! Staff upon arrival were lovely, breakfast the next morning was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. No complaints at all!
Kingston 1 was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time! Great location, only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Beautifully decorated, clean and modern with lots of nice little touches in the room and on the landing. Good selection for breakfast - continental was included and hot food was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we return to Kingston.
It's located in the centre of Kingston. Close to the Bentalls shopping centre. Shops , bus station ( bus to Hampton Court - 411 and 111) . And the train station - handy for London Waterloo. The Thames was a short walk away. The apartment was lovely. I highly recommend it. The host , Michael, was very welcolming.
Everything is lovely ! The staff, the beautiful room. It smells so clean through the whole building. The breakfast was great. You can walk into Kingston along the river within 15 minutes so great location. One of my favourite hotel stays EVER. Even left us some goodies in the mini fridge which were free to use.
The hotel is unique, beautifully decorated and in a great position for Kingston.
the staff were great and food delicious.
it was much quieter than I expected based on its position near the busy Kingston bridge.
There is a car park. it’s easy access into the pub and restaurant area for wheelchair users.
Breakfast was ok, see comments below. Location was good for us as we were travelling to Wimbledon for the tennis which only took about 15 minutes from the hotel. Room was very warm but there was an air conditioning unit we used.
Bathroom small but adequate with toiletries.
Good hotel with clean room. Great shower, I never managed to work out the flash coffee machine in the room. The breakfast look good for meat eaters, and a bit bland for veggies. It was ok, toast and croissants, grapes.
Excellent location on the banks of the Thames and the station is just over the bridge so very easy to get into London
Old quirky Hotel with lots of history. Friendly staff and clean classic room with full bathroom
I was later to the hotel than expected but they were very good and kept my room and checked with me via text that everything was ok. The hotel was well priced, clean and convenient for a quick stop off.
Very convenient position close to Kingston centre and Norbiton station, which allows fast connections to central London.
Everything is new in the flat.
Great cleaning standards!
Hotel was good and clean, i can stay my Next Lodon visit. However, i wanted to pay cash, they refused that. I should pay cash, when I check out the hotel.
