For me, an ideal location close to the Caledonian Canal. View of the Moray Firth from the terrace. Marvellous. About 20 minutes walk into town. Petrol station, pub and supermarket nearby. Quiet location. Very nice to relax. Clean and very good service. Always good tips from the very nice lady of the house.

If you don't mind a dog sharing the premises and we don't as we love dogs, you'll find owner Austin the perfect host and Ben the Collie a friendly loveable dog.The premises are clean and the area is quiet. For a value place to lay your head and use as a base it was perfect. We'd recommend and stay again.
