Great view of River Clyde and mountains in the distance.

Great view of River Clyde and mountains in the distance. Uncrowded and very laid back allows for a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks 43 years ago and wanted to revisit. Extremely happy we did. Hotel is in renovation but is not disruptive for your stay. We ate in several restaurants and taverns and found the food and service to be excellent. Commercial bus and taxi service was easy to get and very affordable. There were no negative events to our stay so we have noting to avoid next stay.

I only stayed one night with my son and never really did...

I only stayed one night with my son and never really did anything as the bus service seemed a bit unreliable, so we ended up spending time on the beach in front of the hotel there was nothing in the immediate facinity for us to do other than walk

    The whole experience was awful!

The whole experience was awful! The main stair case up to the room was filthy hadn’t been hoovered. The corridor to the room smelt off hash or drugs! The room was absolutely disgusting, just smelt horrible! We didn’t stay!!
