Very nice atmosphere, all staff really friendly and helpful, nothing too much. Carol in the spa gave an amazing massage. Food fantastic and staff service at breakfast were really attentive and went over and above for us. The spa was lovely, although a bit busy.

The pub is very nice. Food decent. Especially liked the music choices which were not too loud but enjoyable. The serving staff were very nice too.

We were only staying overnight but had a few hours to walk round the centre of Knutsford. It is very old, picturesque, some lovely independent shops. It backs onto Tatton Park and has a central train station.

Very interesting place.
Very interesting place. Three parallel streets, beautiful shops (not enough time to visit), more restaurants than I had expected for a small place and a railway station with connection to Manchester.; this is how I plan to visit next time. Of course the closeness to Tatton park which was the main reason for our visit.

Customer service was outstanding, the size of the rooms and facilities made the stay luxurious, breakfast and the club lounge meant each day started and ended on a high. Taxis are reasonable and easy to obtain with just 30mins drive from Manchester and 10mins from Knutsford town.

Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town...
Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town centre. There are a variety of independent shops that caters for all tastes. Plus some historical places. There are a lot of different eateries to suit every budget and generally just had a lovely feel to the place. I am only sorry I was only there one day but will be going back to explore more.
It was precisely the sort of place we were looking for. Away from the towns, but close enough to do any shopping we needing to do (groceries and the like). Dave and Emma are wonderful hosts and were always ready to assist when needed or just have a friendly chat. Everything was ready and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cottage itself was everything we could have hoped for and having a washing machine in the cottage was an added bonus, especially considering how long we were staying. It truly was helpful!
The Farm is in a lovely quiet country location, surrounded by wildlife and yet also very convenient for accessing local towns and venues.
Our hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating … nothing was too much trouble for them, they did everything they could to ensure our stay was a pleasurable and memorable one.
We had a delightful twin bedded room with extremely comfy beds and enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast in the morning.
I’d highly recommend a stay here.
excellent position beside M6 but double glazing kept out the noise. also petrol station opposite. large car park with security cameras. near nice town of knutsford and Tatton Park. food freshly cooked. excellent breakfast. lovely breakfast room. firm but comfortable bed. bathroom looked fairly newly decorated. uncomplicated TV operation. microwave available on the landing. yea and coffee in the room and we were given extra milk etc by barman Steve. very good value for money.
This property is ideally situated to enjoy the night life and day life of Knutsford and the surrounding area. The rooms are extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would expect (Including secure parking included with the price) in a high end experience.
The staff are charming but not obsequious (Thank goodness) they are attentive of your needs whilst not invading your space. I recommend this hotel,
Restaurant not yet built so no facility for breakfast or room service or bar. Would have been helpful to know that prior to booking as the invoice stated breakfast available for £12, so very misleading. However great location and only a five minute walk to the centre of Knutsford.
We stayed in an executive double room, the room was huge! We had a lovely view, huge bed, spa bath and a lovely seating area. The grounds are lovely and also only a 10 minute drive into the nice little town of Knutsford. The breakfast was lovely and lots of options!
The breakfast was delicious and the location close to Knutsford, was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Lots of little touches which made it special and a very relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful garden too so views from the bedroom window are lovely.
lovely building in the centre of Knutsford. Easy access to all town centre amenities- including Tatton Park. The building is well maintained, the shower room was really clear and modern. Vegan food in the restaurant was gorgeous and priced really well.
Extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff are amazing and were very helpful throughout. The room location and general cleanliness was impressive. Would certainly recommend and will stay again on my next trip to Knutsford.

The rooms were lovely. Good beds. Knutsford itself is a really nice Town.
Very tastefully decorated throughout, including a charming guest lounge. Very friendly, welcoming hostess. A real working farm yet close to Knutsford and Altrincham, very convenient for Tatton Park and Dunham Massey.
Excellent location; very quiet and the right side of Knutsford for our needs. Easy to walk to Tatton Park for our morning exercise. Very modern and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable for a two-person stay.
The hotel matched its reputation and my previous stays. Restaurant staff were amazing and helpful as usual. Spa facilities were excellent. Breakfasts and serving staff were perfect.
