Everything was fabulous with this great find from the location, the hotel, the tea rooms, the bedroom was stunning, the breakfast was fabulous and a big thanks to Sue for making us so welcome. Nice little hotel. Slightly dated in the common areas but the room was very comfy and warm. Car park is available but it was full. However there is a road next to the hotel where you can park

The room was very nicely decorated. I really appreciated being able to have the window open. The cooked breakfast was excellent and served by someone very helpful and friendly who enabled me to eat on the terrace in the garden rather than indoors.

Lancing is worth the drive along the A27 is beach is required as it is far cheaper for parking and eating than Brighton. Pebbly beach like Brighton but more room to move about. There is a nice beach walk towards Worthing for keen walkers.

Always the case, beach days much better when it’s sunny! We went to the beach near Lancing briefly, to Worthing & on the pier instead & to the local park & playground & then Highdowm Gardens, tea room & to the viewpoint there.

Its hard to give a proper review of Lancing as we were only there for 1 night and had to leave early, what we did see we were impressed. A must for a meal is the Indian restaurant on South Street ,the food was plentiful & delicious chippie opposite was very busy.

We were there for the Goodwood revival & didn’t see much of Lancing. However it looked a lovely beach & a nice place for seafront walks. We ate at a local Italian restaurant & at an Indian restaurant & the food was excellent & good value for money.

The apartment was everything I hoped for a quiet getaway and the location right on the beach really fed the soul. The balcony was fabulous overlooking the sea with tame Starlings you could actually hand feed. The restaurant/cafe "perch" directly below is the place to go on the beach at Lancing with great food at good prices and, although it was always fairly busy there was no noise coming into the apartment. There was nowhere closer to the sea.... not even the be each huts.

The flat location was excellent for us, close to the centre of Lancing and close to the beach, the welcome on arrival was fabulous, and the flat with all the extra's was brilliant. The breakfast was really nice and gave us a choice on what we could have from cereals to boiled and scrambled egg on toast with fresh coffee and orange juice. The flat was very clean and comfortable, with wifi and loads of TV stations including Netflicks.

A beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean rooms. I stayed just for 1 night and had a very pleasant experience. I was able to get an evening meal and then breakfast the next day before checking out. The menu is extensive with lots of veggie and vegan options too. Highly recommend this place

Extremely good value for money. Exceptional quality of the room - decor, bathroom, bed, etc. all in perfect condition. More like a 3+ star hotel than a guesthouse. Great COVID precautions - I even had a breakfast room to myself.
