The check in was friendly and professional. The room was on the second floor very spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom.
The staff in the bar /Restaurant were helpful and friendly the food was good and fairly priced.
The room was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed.

Very expensive for one night and it didn’t include breakfast ! - I do feel it was extremely expensive for what it was therefore not value for money,.. stupidly I made the mistake for pay extra £12.00 for breakfast and didn’t have it as had to go to work, I did ask fo a refund and was was told no this was not possible. I would not stay there again

It was a bit far from the City centre, but that was just because we don't have a car. But besides that, everything was perfect! The team was amazing and made us feel very welcome. We'll definitely come back.

Location was terrible right outside a nightclub and the noise was awful had to shut windows but no aircon and it was very hot
The Mumbles Carlton Hotel overlooks Swansea Bay in the centre of Mumbles Village. Many rooms have sea views. The hotel has been recently been refurbished, and all rooms have an en suite bathroom.

Really lovely hotel with a great bar, and in a great location to walk to the main bar/restaurant area in Swansea. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

There were just too many emails....more than 20 before we arrived. I was also unsure who I was renting this from, with 3 different organisations involved, and more than one website. It all needs to be streamlined.....one email.
