Very expensive for one night and it didn’t include breakfast ! - I do feel it was extremely expensive for what it was therefore not value for money,.. stupidly I made the mistake for pay extra £12.00 for breakfast and didn’t have it as had to go to work, I did ask fo a refund and was was told no this was not possible. I would not stay there again

The Mumbles Carlton Hotel overlooks Swansea Bay in the centre of Mumbles Village. Many rooms have sea views. The hotel has been recently been refurbished, and all rooms have an en suite bathroom.
In Swansea’s historic Maritime Quarter, Morgans Hotel provides luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi, 5 minutes’ walk from the city centre. This grade II listed building also has a stylish bar.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was amazing; spacious with a decent shower, bath and sink. We didnt use the coffee machine, but its always nice to see a Nespresso machine.

There were just too many emails....more than 20 before we arrived. I was also unsure who I was renting this from, with 3 different organisations involved, and more than one website. It all needs to be streamlined.....one email.
