Amazing location, clean hotel with parking. Lovely bar staff Mucktadir was very helpful and recommended a lovely selection of rosé wine with descriptions for each one.

Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Wifi included (did my zoom meeting easily). On-street permit parking outside. Walking distance to Jephson Gardens and the town centre as well as the railway station. There's a little shop open till 10pm just a few doors along the road for travel essentials (snacks, wine, beer, toothpaste etc). Friendly and homely B&B.

We chose White Hall Farm based upon its location and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in the area. It is very easy to get to Stratford and Warwick from here the farm is immersed in the gorgeous Warwickshire countryside. The building itself is listed and is an absolute delight. Our room was spacious, the bathroom equally so and the bed was enormous and very comfy! Sara is also very friendly.

My first visit and only stayed a couple of days so just time to visit Jephson park, and shopping area. Which were both lovely and grand. Learned about the history of the town the museum and Pump Rooms. I would say a very friendly town.

A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are.
A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are. Quite a few addicts, drunks and homeless people on the streets. Many shops closed but it's a pleasant walk around, lots of independent shops still open. There are dozens of coffee shops and restaurants.
The park is a gem. Quite beautiful. The art gallery is good and has a wonderful café.

We were visiting Leamington Spa for a family Christening, so we had limited time to explore the town. We had a meal out on our first and only evening and then spent the following morning wandering around the town. An interesting historical town, with lots of green spaces.

We visited the British motor museum whilst there and it was nice to walk around and see all the old vehicles and styles of road etc. We also went into Stratford-upon-Avon and had a walk around there which was lovely but busy. And we went to the butterfly house there which has more than just butterflies so was definitely worth the money! We also saw shakespeares birthplace which was interesting!
Really clean and spacious and comfortable - amazingly powerful shower! Location was only 10 minutes walk into the centre of leamington Spa. The fan was very welcome in this heatwave. We were provided with everything we needed.
The bonus of staying in an apartment with a kitchen (rather than just a hotel room) was that we were caught out with the early closing of take aways on the way home but could buy from the numerous late opening corner shops.
Our host made regular contact prior to our arrival, which was thoughtful.
We were at a wedding at Warwick house, so stayed at Angel Hotel, we checked in late due to wedding starting at 12.30 the young girl at reception was very kind and helpful, when we came down next morning to check out, she was there again, I commented how fresh she looked thinking she had been there all night.! She had been home, but back again to do morning shift. All the staff were lovley, serving at breakfast could not do enough. Room was nice and so clean.
Breakfast was almost non existing, on the first morning we were told the chef was sick so were left with a few boxes of cereals bread to toast and jam. You had to hunt down the staff to bring you tea/coffee or things that had run out! This happened on each morning of our stay. Talking to other guests this was normal practice, they were told that the hotel doesn't actually always do a cooked breakfast! So don't look forward to one like we did!
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our 2nd anniversary and we LOVED it! The decor is beautiful. The bed was so comfy & everything was as clean as it could be. The area is also very convenient and only a 15 minute walk from the main Leamington spa town. The apartment owners were very helpful and were there on call whenever we needed them. We’re hoping to stay here again sometime in the future! Thank you so much for having us
Comfortable room up in the eaves. Continental breakfast with plenty of choices offered including yogurt drinks, fresh fruit and variety of spreads eg peanut butter, nutella and marmite as well as traditional jams and marmalade. All continually replenished. Small car park available which was also great in Leamington Spa and hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.
This is our second visit and it did not disappoint. Customer service is the heart of the hotel, and nothing is too much trouble..fire wood needed to stoke up a bigger fire? no problem.. non resident guests joining for breakfast? no problem..prosecco served poolside? uh no problem. And service is always with a smile. A true Leamington Spa Gem.
Great location on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa,( 7 mins drive to the centre) although a conference centre type hotel, it was clean and comfortable all over the hotel, breakfast was in the main dining room, staff where helpful and chatty and a good selection of continental breakfast as well as full english and veggie alternative.
If you want to be central in Leamington Spa I don't think there is a better hotel, especially at this price. Very clean, fantastic breakfast choices and loads of it, car park hidden away at the back and floodlit at night (perfect for our motorcycles). Friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom looked newly fitted out, so shiny and white!
The room was on the 1st floor which was great because we had luggage and are a little old. The breakfast was outstanding. Seldom do you have a hotel that provides such an excellent breakfast cooked to order. It was very quiet. The staff provided excellent service.
Lovely home with charming architectural features, excellent quiet location yet convenient by foot to all that Leamington Spa has to offer. Loved the kitchen and dining areas -- the Aga made the home so cozy!
The weather was excellent making our two days full and interesting. Leamington Spa is a lovely town and Warwick also. The hotel was adjacent to a large out of town shopping area, which was handy.
Very welcoming, great breakfast included in price where many hotel chains charge more, yet still had wide choice and helpful staff. Will definitely use again when in the area.
