Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Wifi included (did my zoom meeting easily). On-street permit parking outside. Walking distance to Jephson Gardens and the town centre as well as the railway station. There's a little shop open till 10pm just a few doors along the road for travel essentials (snacks, wine, beer, toothpaste etc). Friendly and homely B&B.

We chose White Hall Farm based upon its location and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in the area. It is very easy to get to Stratford and Warwick from here the farm is immersed in the gorgeous Warwickshire countryside. The building itself is listed and is an absolute delight. Our room was spacious, the bathroom equally so and the bed was enormous and very comfy! Sara is also very friendly.

My first visit and only stayed a couple of days so just time to visit Jephson park, and shopping area. Which were both lovely and grand. Learned about the history of the town the museum and Pump Rooms. I would say a very friendly town.

A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are.
A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are. Quite a few addicts, drunks and homeless people on the streets. Many shops closed but it's a pleasant walk around, lots of independent shops still open. There are dozens of coffee shops and restaurants.
The park is a gem. Quite beautiful. The art gallery is good and has a wonderful café.

We were visiting Leamington Spa for a family Christening, so we had limited time to explore the town. We had a meal out on our first and only evening and then spent the following morning wandering around the town. An interesting historical town, with lots of green spaces.

We visited the British motor museum whilst there and it was nice to walk around and see all the old vehicles and styles of road etc. We also went into Stratford-upon-Avon and had a walk around there which was lovely but busy. And we went to the butterfly house there which has more than just butterflies so was definitely worth the money! We also saw shakespeares birthplace which was interesting!
This hotel is in an excellent location, short walk to the river and neighbouring park plus only 5 minutes walk into leamington spa town centres with all the shops and amenities. Although the hotel itself is an older building it was still very clean, the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and facilities in room were spot on. The staff were friendly from arrival to leaving and I couldn't fault the breakfast, with a good choice of hot and cold options. I would stay here again.
Breakfast was almost non existing, on the first morning we were told the chef was sick so were left with a few boxes of cereals bread to toast and jam. You had to hunt down the staff to bring you tea/coffee or things that had run out! This happened on each morning of our stay. Talking to other guests this was normal practice, they were told that the hotel doesn't actually always do a cooked breakfast! So don't look forward to one like we did!
Breakfast was continental but there was a very good chose and better than you get at say Premier Inns.
The room was OK, large enough for us and there was a lounge downstairs if you needed more space.
Staff very polite and accommodating.
Idea location for town centre, shops and restaurants etc almost start from outside the hotel, centre about 200 yards away, but noise wasn’t a problem.
The apartment was ideal for a short break to the area and great value for money. We often stay in a cheap hotel but with growing children this meant we had our own space. It was clean, well decorated and the staff were very attentive. It was within easy walking distance of Leamington spa town and had parking outside the door. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The room was on the 1st floor which was great because we had luggage and are a little old. The breakfast was outstanding. Seldom do you have a hotel that provides such an excellent breakfast cooked to order. It was very quiet. The staff provided excellent service.
modern style room in beautiful countryside. Clean, nice king size bed and nice showers. Had great green trees views from the whole wall windows. 10 mins drive from Leamington Spa. Overall, very comfortable stay and would like to stay again.
Lovely home with charming architectural features, excellent quiet location yet convenient by foot to all that Leamington Spa has to offer. Loved the kitchen and dining areas -- the Aga made the home so cozy!
This was a great hotel to stop in within easy reach of all facilities. The bar was great with Sky Sports and cheap beer. if you want a no frills but great value for money hotel then this is the one
The weather was excellent making our two days full and interesting. Leamington Spa is a lovely town and Warwick also. The hotel was adjacent to a large out of town shopping area, which was handy.
Elegant hotel on the outskirts of Leamington Spa. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice room be it a little small. Full size desk and comfortable chair (10 out of 10 for this).
Very welcoming, great breakfast included in price where many hotel chains charge more, yet still had wide choice and helpful staff. Will definitely use again when in the area.
